Skills Profiler
Careeronestop.org's skills profiler is yet another great tool to evaluate oneself and their skill set in particular. This test is geared more towards building your skill set based upon what you already have, finding occupations that require those skills, then defining what measures need to be taken in order to improve those skills for that occupation through activities such as further education, training, etc.
Here is the report based on my results:

This report was a little strange to me because it conflicted itself. I did profiles for both lodging manager and food-service manager, but both times when similar jobs were listed, the other job was always listed as a 33.33%, even though I used the same answers and same degrees on both profiles. Due to this, I am skeptical at best of this report. However, based on the findings in the report I am doing above average in all areas that I reported I have experience in for both positions. The other downfall to this test is that it does not give any relative examples when asking you to grade your level of experience with a certain skill. My idea of a level 6 in experience is very different from someone else's idea of a level 6 in experience. That problem should really be remedied before trusting this report any further.
